I got the opportunity to try out Woolzies. The package comes with 6 large balls. You throw all of them into your load of laundry and it helps reduce drying time and softens your clothes. They also solve your static issues.

I've actually heard of using tennis balls in the dryer to reduce static but never tried it because they would damage the inside of dryer. I get the concept and am happy that Woolzies has not only made a product to battle the static, but they actually do so much more. I've stopped using dryer sheets, because there is no need. You just transfer the Woolzies balls from one load to the next. They absorb moisture from the clothes helping distribute it, making your drying time faster.

I am still using regular washer and dryers, no fancy front loaders or environmentally friendly ones. My normal load, the dryer is twice as long as the washer. With Woolzies, I can see the difference. The clothes are left super soft too, I've noticed especially with the towels.

The six balls that come with the package is supposed to last for 1,000 loads. I've only used it for a portion of that but love that they last so long. I would like to get another package to alternate between each load. I find, especially with a load with sheets in it, I have to go on a scavenger hunt within the clothes to find some of the balls to get it in the next load quick. With 2 sets, I could just pull them out while I fold the clothes and use for the next rotation.
