I love sharing about products that I find with my readers. I love it even more when that product is fun, functional, and helps me save the planet.
snackTAXI makes reusable bags that you can use for snacks, lunch, produce and they even have reusable napkins. I was intrigued when I saw this company's products. The concept is grand - a reusable bag to tote your snacks in, instead of wasting plastic bags.
They have a variety of designs available. I love the designs because they are so vibrant. The outside of the bags are a cotton type material that is a beautiful pattern and the inside is a solid colored nylon. This way your grease or moisture from your snacks won't seep into the cloth itself. Don't worry, it's lead, phthalate and BPA free!
I received a snack sized bag (6"W x 4.5"H) and a sandwich sized bag ( 7.5"W x 6"H). They're a big hit with my family. So far, the favorite thing to carry in them is pretzels. My son takes pretzels everywhere and we can use these when going out in the car. My most favorite part is you just toss them in the washer and can use them again. No wasting plastic bags!
