I received this Norcho anti-slip safety bathtub mat and was immediately surprised by the size of it. I got it with intentions of using it on the floor just outside the tub, so we can step out of the tub to towel off, without slipping on the floor in the process. You can also use it inside the tub itself to prevent slipping while showering. The mat has a textured pattern along the top, with alternating small and large bumps to massage your feet and prevent slipping. The bottom has suction cups throughout that keep it secure to the floor or tub. There are slits throughout the mat, to allow water to run through. If using inside the tub, it works out great for water to slip through. If using outside the tub, yes the water will run down to prevent you from slipping on it, but you will still have to deal with water residue below the mat. I recommend cleaning under it often. The size is large, as it fills up the majority of the floor space in the bathroom. I chose the white mat, and it looks good in the bathroom. The mat was provided by the seller for free in exchange for my honest review.
