My thoughts: 
I recently got the opportunity to try out the AYL Soudfit bluetooth speaker and am impressed by it's durability and sound. It's got some unique features that set it apart from other bluetooth speakers I've tried. 
The color I chose was the green. It is more of an army green. Very rugged in not only it's color, but it's design. All around the edges in green is a rubber type material that cushions and blow to it, if it hits up against something. It also keeps it from sliding around when you have it placed on a surface. There is a silicone handle for comfortable and easy carrying. You can use it by carry on your wrist, loop a caribiner to attach to your bookbag, or even hang on your bicycle handle. There's a spot on the bottom that you can screw into a mount. That's the first time I've seen that on a speaker. 
It's "waterproof" to IPX5 level. At that level, I still would not submerge if I could help it, because there is still a possibility of water leaking in under pressure, however I have tested it with splashes of water, and it keeps working with no interuptions. This would make a great shower speaker or use outdoors. You don't have to worry about it raining and getting it wet, or biking and it getting splashed as you go through puddles. 
Now, getting into the sound....this little speaker packs a lot of punch. The volume control is independent from the volume of the phone. You can crank the volume all the way up on your phone and just use the volume on the speaker to control it. The range goes from completely silent to incredibly loud. At the loudest level, it would work great for being outdoors or if you are away from it a little bit. I can't handle it being on it's loudest setting only a few feet away. As far as the quality, it sounds very clear and you can hear the hits of the beats, especially with strong bass. I tried some dubstep with bass and some Flyleaf which is a little harder and they both sounded great. You can actually feel the vibrations with the bass, but the rubber sides keep it from moving or making additional noise against the table, etc. The sound only comes out of one side of the speaker, so you would make sure to point that side in the direction you want it loudest, or place it so that side is pointing up. 
The controls are incredibly simple to use. Power button controls power and bluetooth connection. (My phone connected easily and showed up as SoundFit in my menu) Volume controls up / down and easy to follow. There is a chime when you get the lowest and highest settings of the volume. The multi-purpose button will allow you to answer incoming phone calls through the speaker, and play / pause music or videos on your device if played through the default app for the device. For instance, it doesn't pause Netflix for you but if you play a song that is already on your device, you can play / pause with the speaker. Set up a playlist and you don't have to return to your phone. You can control through the speaker. A unique function on this speaker that I've not seen before is if you hold down the multi-purpose button, it will actually call the last phone number you called on your phone. I scared myself while playing with it, and called my home phone. It does explain it in the manual too. 
No batteries needed! You charge using the included USB to micro-USB cable. If you want to play something with a device that doesn't have bluetooth like an old MP3 player or the older Kindle e-reader, no worries. You can use the included male to male audio cable to play through the speaker. 


Overall, I am impressed by this little speaker. It does everything it says it does and more. I like that it has a few unique features that you don't see on other speakers. I did receive this product in exchange for my honest review.
