My thoughts
The design on these are really interesting. They are marketed as amphibious which isn't much different than my closet full of regular boring classic hangers.

I am very excited about these hangers, and not because they can get wet. They style is what makes it! They have these funky cutouts at the top that you can use to hang belts, scarfs, accessories. 
The hook at the top does swivel but it doesn't move freely. Once you move it, it stays put until you want to move it again. 
There are rubbery bumpers at the top and at the base so your clothes won't slid off. I love that. 
The plastic is very sturdy and high quality. I am really impressed by the design and how well they hold up. 
These are definitely not your old cheap plastic hangers! I loved the velvet ones that I tried before but these are the type that belong in my closet for every day use.
