My take on it:

This blood pressure monitor is both accurate and convenient. We have a history of high blood pressure in my family and I’ve wanted a blood pressure monitor of my own for a while. I couldn’t ask for anything more with this one.

When you open up the box, you find a zippered case with handle. Inside that case is your monitor, cuff, instructions and batteries. (Awesome that batteries are included!) It can also be powered by AC adapter but that has to be purchased separately.

The blood pressure cuff is really easy to use. There are even visual instructions printed on the cuff itself that shows where to place on your arm. You place on your arm, ensure it is on comfortably with the velcro straps.

Once you have the cuff on, just press start and it will begin to inflate the cuff, then slowly decrease the air as it measures your blood pressure. The pressure does get pretty tight but isn’t painful at all.

The digital reading has large digits and is very easy to read. The display actually changes color based on your reading. Luckily, mine stays in the good range, or else it would have been either yellow or red. There is a capability to recall your saved readings so you can go back and compare.

The carrying case makes it convenient to store and for travel. I was impressed and much like getting a new scale, I get the urge to check my blood pressure daily to look for any changes. Obviously this should not replace a doctor’s care, but it’s nice to keep an eye on.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
