OK, So, let's get this show on the road. I cut my lime and rubbed around the rim of the glasses. I dipped the rim downside into the salt. (This margarita salt is infused with citrus flavors. Smells amazing like lime)
Now, we are all salted up, I opened up each can and poured into their glass respectively.
Right away I can tell just from the color and scent that the A product is more dense and potent of flavor. It smells very strong but familiar. Product B is lighter but still smells amazing. The coloring is lighter also.
I tried them individually and thought that Product A tasted very similar to Bud Light Lime-a-rita which does have a strong taste. I was intrigued by Product B, as it's taste was more subtle and tasted to me more like what you'd receive when you order a margarita while out at a restaurant or bar.
Product B is by far, my favorite!
I pulled back the tab to find out the results, and I was right on product A, it was Bud Light Lime-a-rita. Product B is Parrot Bay's Margarita with coconut water.
Now I enjoyed every drop of both drinks, but hands down, I favored Parrot Bay's margarita. My follow up drinks, I actually used much less salt, as the salt overpowered the taste with the citrus hints for me. Here is a little more info about their margarita with coconut water:
