0 Pratisphere Ice Sphere Molds

Pratisphere's unique ice sphere mold design lets you create a 2.5" ice spheres to keep your cocktail, whiskey, and other drinks cool, but not so diluted you can't enjoy them anymore.

Here's why Pratisphere is better than the rest:

★ Easy to fill: Remove the cap and fill to the line
★ Spheres easy to remove: Pull tab makes removing ice a breeze
★ Space saving: Stack to fit any freezer and conserve space
★ No messes: Large base prevents leaking and spilling
★ 4 Molds: Make 4 ice balls at once

I have tried different sphere ice molds and each have their own ups and downs for me when comparing them to each other.
This set of ice sphere molds is the best for me because of the size and how easy they are to use.

You receive four ice molds which each consist of a plastic bottom and silicone top. The approach to these are much different than filling a solely silicone ice mold. The directions are very simple to follow. You fill water to the line that is marked on the bottom plastic piece. Then you simply place the silicone piece down into the bottom. The silicone gives it a nice seal.

Compared to the other ice molds I've tried, I have to say that hands down, this is the easiest one to fill. I don't have to pour water into a tiny hole and spill more outside than in. Once you have the water in and top on, you place in the freezer for 4-6 hours.  They stack easily for storage in the freezer,

To free the sphere from the mold, simply run some water over the outside of the mold and that will release it. Place in your favorite drink and voila!  You have a fancy drink with fancy ice. Also compared to the other ice molds I've tried, these molds create very large spheres. My glass set in my kitchen has tall and short glasses. The short glass can only handle one of these ice spheres.

The only downside I see is that you only get 4 and they can go pretty quickly. The upside is that they work perfectly and you have awesome looking ice. I see no downside at all to the product itself or it's design.
Side note: I tried freezing coffee in one and put it in a glass with milk. As it started to melt, It was like I was drinking a cold latte. Yum.
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
