0 Bellemain 2-Pocket Chef's Apron, Black/White Pinst Review

I'm no Betty Crocker, but I do enjoy baking in my kitchen. I can't say that I enjoy cooking dinner as much, but that's just me. Whether you enjoy baking like me, or just want to protect your clothing while cooking, you'd enjoy the Bellemain Chef's apron.

I recently got the opportunity to review an apron that has black and white pinstripes. It will fit any size or gender. (27"W x 34.25"L) The straps are extra long, so that you can wrap around your back and tie in the front. That makes it so much easier than trying to reach behind you to tie it. The apron has two large pockets that come in handy for more than just cooking. I use aprons when picking up stuff around the house and even helping with handyman work. I've been known to put tools, nails/screws and office supplies in the pockets of an apron.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not walking around my house all day wearing an apron just in case there is a situation when I need pockets, but if I am starting a task like cleaning up or cooking, I strap my apron on like a suit of armor and get to it.
The Bellemain Chef's Apron is made of strong, poly/cotton duck with soil release finish. To clean, simply throw it in the washing machine (with like colors) and tumble dry (low).
I enjoy the pinstripe design and think that it works for both men and women. Put it on your hubby while grilling and he can stash his extra bottle of beer in one pocket and his cell in the other. That's how our household is, anyway.
I also like the idea of making gift baskets for Christmas and other holidays. You can make a cooking themed basket based around an apron, just throw in a few kitchen utensils and ingredients for your favorite recipe. That makes an awesome gift.

Bellemain has a wide variety of other kitchen items and I encourage you to check them out.
