0 Somersets Extra Sensitive Shaving Oil for Women Review

It's amazing how badly we want to shave when we are young and then loathe shaving as an adult. My daughter is 10 years old now and I've allowed her to start shaving this year. With my own skin, I can shave pretty haphazardly without cutting myself, but with my daughter, she can be very careful and still get nicks. Poor thing. One key points to helping with that, is to use a product that can help so that the shave is smooth and nick-free. 

I've been introduced to Somersets Extra Sensitive Shaving Oil for Women. I was sent a sample for review. The bottle I received is pink ans shaped like a bullet. The little 15 ml bottle is good for a month of shaving. The little bottle goes a long way. All you need is 4 to 5 drops per leg. You let the oil sit for a minute to soften the hairs, so that your shave is smooth and no cuts or razor burn. 

I'm not sure if it's the aloe vera or what, but my underarms are left with a cold/cool feeling, which makes it feel so nice and when I put deodorant on after, more coolness. Not sure why it's not as relevant on my legs, maybe it's just that my underarms are sensitive. I do love that cool feeling though. You'll notice that when using oil, it will absorb all the moisture, and when you get out to towel off, you'll notice that you really don't have to towel off those areas that you shaved. 

Somersets shaving oils are formulated with a proprietary blend of organic essential oils such as Lavender, Tea Tree and Rosemary. These oils help to create a lubricating barrier between the skin and the razor providing more glide for a truly comfortable shave. 

Somersets shaving oils do not contain any chemicals that can harm the skin or the environment. Best of all, in a pinch, it can be used without water. It has a pleasant scent, much like some other hair oil products I've tried. 

The extra sensitive shaving oil is for legs and underarms, however Somersets also has an extra delicate antibacterial shaving oil that is for the bikini line. There's more than that, you can also find mens products, shave gels and products for pre- and after-shave.
