0 Hormel Compleats Kids microwave meals review

 

Through Shespeaks, I was given the opportunity to try out Hormel® Compleats® Kids Microwave Meals. My kids are picky and it's hard to find them any after-school snacks. I loved that I was able to share these with the kids. We had mixed reviews.

I was sent 4 microwave meals:

• Hormel® Compleats® Kids Spaghetti and Meatballs
• Hormel® Compleats® Kids Pasta & Chicken
• Hormel® Compleats® Kids Macaroni & Beef
• Hormel® Compleats® Kids Beef Ravioli

My kids liked the spaghetti and meatballs, macaroni and beef and the beef ravioli but didn't care for the pasta and chicken. It's all about finding what your kids are willing to eat and going from there. I am a lot more lenient with my kids than my parents were with me. When I was growing up, whatever my mom fixed is what we ate, whether we liked it or not. My mom didn't let me leave the table until my plate was finished.
I'm not so strict with my kids and try to find food that they actually like. They still try to pull the being full card and want dessert afterward. If you are too full from the two bites of the food you didn't like, than you are too full for pudding. I'm getting off topic.... :)
With these microwave meals, it's really easy to pop em in the microwave and you have a quick after-school snack. The beef ravioli was the favorite of the four and I'll be picking some more of those up.
