It's unfortunate that people have to deal with trials in skin care because of Diabetes. My father in-law has been battling dry, cracked feet for years and only recently diagnosed with diabetes. Now in addition to the feet, it's spread up to his lower legs and leaves his legs dry and patchy also. I know he's tried so many different lotions and applies each day diligently with very little relief.

When I got the chance to do this review, I jumped at the chance and handed it right over to him. It's been a week and he's used it steadily. He applies it to both his legs and feet and says that it is working very well. I think that is fantastic if this product can help him, then it could help so many other diabetics. I did try the lotion myself on my hands for a day or two before getting it to him and it did a very nice job at keeping my hands smooth.
