My take on it:
I've been wearing ear plugs for years. I work at night and have to sleep during the day. Unfortunately that means that the rest of the world is awake and making noise while I need to sleep, that includes my kids. Typically I wear the foam or silicone tree style earplugs to wear while I sleep.

I was looking forward to trying out these Mighty Plugs. They are made of a moldable material much like playdough. They are extremely easy to use. You actually move the piece between your fingers until soft and doughy. Use your finger to press up and against your ear. You don't have to create a plug that goes down into your ear. The material will mold into it naturally.

They really do work. They block out everything and allow me to have a nice rest. The seal they create is so that you can even use them for swimming as they seal out water. These are so great for your little ones with small ears that the typical earplugs won't fit.

 To remove, just pull out with your fingers and put them back into their plastic case and use again.
