My take on it:
I've been experiencing issues with my knee for about a year now. I don't have a lot of pain, but it crunches when I bend it and the one is noticeably weaker than the other. It's worse when I keep up with a workout regimen.

I have tried other braces and support sleeves and it's all about finding one that fits and is comfortable. I find braces too cumbersome for exercise. I'd also tried sleeves which work so much better for me, but have occasional issues with them rolling down. That is why I was looking forward to trying out these support sleeves.

I like that they come as a pair, so you can have coverage for both knees. Even if you aren't experiencing pain yet, it provides nice support while you exercise.

What I found different in these knee supports than others I've tried is the length of them. I find that it actually gives me more support and doesn't shift at all like others I've tried.

With the issues I've been having with the one knee, I now wear both of these as a pair as a preventative measure for the other one when I jog or exercise. Also, they have a fun design which I like.
