I am a long time believer in the benefits of coconut oil. The benefits you receive are amazing. Up to this point, I've been using straight coconut oil out of the jar, by the spoonful or mixed in with my smoothies and food.

When given the opportunity to try out coconut oil in softgel form, I jumped at the chance. It is so convenient to get my coconut oil on-the-go with it in this form.

When I opened the bottle, I was slightly disappointed. You would expect to smell the amazing aroma of coconut when you open the bottle, but what you smell instead is an unpleasant odor. The pills themselves are enormous. They are the length of a quarter! No joke, I included a pic.

If I drink it down with milk, I can get it down, otherwise, it is difficult to swallow. You could always break it open and empty out the oil into your drink or food.

I kept this a 4 out of 5 because the benefits you get from coconut oil are worth taking a big pill for. I really do like the fact that you can take it on-the-go.
