My take on it:
I am a huge fan of baking mats and absolutely love this Bake it Fun product. It makes my life so much easier to use a baking mat and save me precious time of scrubbing dishes. It is very versatile, as I use it for cookies / desserts and for cooking dinner on. Instead of using parchment paper, or cooking spray, you just set the mat down onto the pan or baking sheet, and place your food directly onto the mat. After the food is done cooking, the mat cleans easily with soap and water with NO scrubbing.
The silicone mat doesn’t stain or leave any residue. I really like that this mat has the measurements along the edges and circles to help with placement of cookies and desserts.
You can either wash by hand or use the dishwasher. It’s so easy to wash by hand, because the food pushes off so easily, so I usually do it by hand. I roll mine up and store it that way, so it’s conveniently out of the way.
This baking mat fits my half sheet baking sheet, which is outstanding. Other mats I’ve owned have only covered a small portion of the pan. I have only good things to say about this product, as it’s outstanding. We love it.
