Being a mom of 2 kids, I need as much help as I can get to fall asleep. That's where the Dream Essentials Contoured Sleep Mask comes in. I've been wearing sleep masks for years to help me sleep. I work at night and need to sleep during the day. Wearing a sleep mask helps trick my body that it is nighttime.
This sleep mask set is different than others that I've tried in the past. The mask is contoured to fit around your eyes and nose. It's designed in a way that the material isn't flush with your eyes, so it will still block the light without you feeling the pressure. My hubby calls it my eye bra, because it kinda resembles a bra. With it fitting onto your nose, that does take a little getting used to, because at first for me, it felt odd, however it blocks ALL of the night out. Even though it looks a little bulky, it's very light and breathable on your face.
The strap that goes around your head has a stretchable velcro strap on the back, That way you don't have to pull strings over your head. That is a plus, especially if you have an over-night hair regimen that you don't want to mess up.

When you are not using it, you can fold it and place it in the included carry pouch. The mask will not lose it's shape. They've also included a pair of soft foam earplugs to block out all of those noises of your bustling household. Store those in your pouch when not in use also. You can keep that pouch on your side table, or take it with you in your vacation bag or suitcase.
