My opinion:
I have been much more active within the past year and frequently walk / jog for exercise. Wearing the proper socks is key to prevent blisters and sore feet. I've tried a couple different types of support socks and they do help. The Lyzer socks are so very comfortable and give my foot the support it needs, while allowing breathability in all the right places. They have enough cushion on the heel and ball of the foot that touches the shoe that you don't even notice the thinner, more breathable areas as lacking in material.
It's a perfect interaction between the two. Your feet can properly air out as you exercise. I wear sneakers that have ventilation also, so this is a great pairing. My feet are very small and this pair is looser around the toe area. My daughter is a size 7 and they fit her perfectly. Reluctantly, I am giving her this pair but I am in love and if they ever come out with a kids size, I'll be there to get a couple pairs.
When you receive the product, the packaging says Free Gift, just visit their site. When you go to the site, there is no mention of the free gift. If you contact them through the contact tab, you will get a free pair of socks as the free gift. How awesome is that? The pricing is a little steep, but you are buying a product that is geared specifically for sports wear. You can get a couple pair and dedicate those as your "working out" socks.
