 I've been lucky enough to be chosen to be in the Purex Insiders program and received a sample of a brand new product that has come out. It is the Purex complete Crystals Softener. It's fabric softener in crystal form! This is a great new way to do fabric softener.

The sample bottle that I received had enough for 5 loads so I got to try out different types of clothes. When you first open the bottle, the smell is amazing. The crystals look just like the bath crystals that you take a relaxing bath in.

What if the scent doesn't last?

 The scent stays fresh through the whole laundry process. When laundry is done, you are left with clean, fresh smelling laundry. My favorite is the towels. I love grabbing a clean towel fresh from the dryer.

Will it fight static cling?

It actually worked better for fighting static cling than my current fabric softener. With the cold weather, there's always going to be static cling to battle. My concern was with my work clothes. When I put my work shirt on, I don't want the cling messing up my hair that I just finished drying just right. Thumbs up from me. 

Will it really be easier than using my current fabric softener?

This is kinda a silly question but I really wanted to express how much easier it is. The way that I usually do laundry, I'll pour the fabric softener part of the way into the cup in the center of the washer, then have to put the right amount of water and fill to the next line. Then I have to rinse out the cup. With the crystals, you just pour how much you need in the with clothes. It's so impressed at how much easier that is. 

What if they do not dissolve all they way in the washer?

Just from my previous experience with the bath crystals, it doesn't dissolve all the way. I use cold water for most loads, so was worried that the cold water wouldn't dissolve the crystals. I did each type of clothing and load size and never once saw a crystal when taking the clothes out of the washer. 

Will my clothes be soft with the crystals?

Absolutely. Again with doing laundry, the truth is in the towels. You know they work if your towels are soft and clean. They don't leave any kind of oily residue or anything either. My clothes were all very soft, especially the towels.
