My thoughts: 
With this model, it's all about the fit. There are silicone stabilizers that help give you a snug fit and does really well at staying put when moving around or exercising. You can remove the stabilizers if you want also. They are angled for a comfortable fit and overall, I really like the design. The cord is the round style and can tend to tangle, so I use a velcro strap to hold it together when not in use. 
The controls are a nice feature. You have a button that controls play / pause for music and movies on your device. The volume control works independently from the device. You can turn it down to a mute level and back up again, without modifying the device volume at all. 
Out of the three styles I got to try out from this company (S500, S900, and S880) This one was right in the middle of the three. I like the fit and the sound quality. There is also a microphone feature but I have not used that.
