I am very excited about trying out this Live Infinitely exercise ball. They did provide it to me in exchange for my opinion and I put it to work right away.
Typically, I work out at the gym and do some walking / jogging closer to home around my neighborhood. Lately, I haven't been as diligent in getting my exercise in. That's whay I was excited to try out this exercise ball. I've tried using the ones at the gym to do crunches and they really do help in getting the effect you want from your crunches without as much wear on your back. Working with the exercise ball for many exercises is great, as it makes other parts of your body work to tense and keep you balanced as you move.
It's so nice to have one at home, that I can use in privacy and look like an idiot trying out new moves and occasionally falling down or losing my balance. The Live Infinity exercise ball comes with a hand pump, directions, 2 plugs and a plug remover. Pumping air into the ball was easy but it took a while with the short winded pumps that the hand pump allows. My daughter was oh-so-happy to help me out and of course I let her. Once you blow it up, there's a plug / stopper that you just push in the hole and it stays put. It comes with an extra and a tool that you can use to remove the plug when needed.
I don't plan to deflate / inflate this regularly. The hope is to keep it inflated from now on, but it's nice to have the pump that I will keep aside in case it's needed. I put the ball to work the day after I blew it up. You are supposed to give it 24 hours after the initial blow up to finish pumping it up and use it. First thing I did was crunches and it worked really well. I've actually started using it to replace my computer chair, so that my body is doing some work keeping my muscles tense and maintaining balance. It's working out great. The material is thick and I have no worries of it breaking. I did choose the ball size according to my height. I'm 5'2" and picked the small size.
You should never be inactive after eating. You can facilitate your digestion by getting some exercise, for instance, satta king satta Bazaar by going for a short walk.
