Use It As Timer or Stopwatch
For count down (timer) mode, set the minutes and seconds you wish to elapse before the alarm sounds, then press the Start/Stop button. For count up (stopwatch) mode, clear the settings to 00:00 by pressing the Min. and Sec. buttons simultaneously, then press Start/Stop. To stop or pause the stopwatch, press Start/Stop; elapsed time will remain displayed until you clear it. The Epica's maximum reading is 99 minutes, 59 seconds.
Easy to See and Hear
The Epica keeps you in the know even if you're not close at hand. Its 1.5" x 2.5" display can be read up to 50 feet away. The alarm is loud enough to be heard in the next room; and it continues to beep for a full minute, unless you manually shut it off sooner.
Keeps Track of Time Since Initial Alarm
If there's a delay between when the alarm first sounds and when you get back to the thing you're timing, you'll know exactly how long that delay was. After the count down timer hits zero, the Epica will start counting up, until you press the Start/Stop button.

This Epica large digit Timer / Stopwatch is easy to use and read.

This timer is very simple, where you can use it as both a timer and a stopwatch. It is a brushed stainless steel designed front with grey plastic accents and housing. The display is quite large, with it displaying the large digits clearly. There is no backlighting.

To set the timer, you press the min and sec buttons to the time you want to countdown to. If you hold the button down, it will move faster, but be careful, because if you go over, you have to start over again. Once you have the time you want inputted in there, just press the start / stop button and it will countdown.
The timer will beep repeatedly when the timer is up.

To clear the screen to zero, press min and sec at the same time.

To use the stopwatch, you start at zero and press start / stop. It will start to count up.

This timer is powered by one AAA battery that is included. (Love that it's included)

You can either stick it to the fridge or stove hood with the magnet on the back or you can use the little stand embedded in the back to prop it up on the counter or table.

Simple product that works perfectly. I am very pleased. It now has a home on the hood over my stove.
