I chose the gray and pink towel. It has a very attractive design. The pink stitching around the edge is holding up well.
The towel itself is incredibly soft. It can be used either by itself or on top of a mat. I recommend using it in combination with a yoga mat. At first, it does slip around a little bit. Once you start to sweat, it stays put better, so I've begun dampening it first and that works wonders.
It is a decent sized towel, but rolls up to a manageable small size. While rolled up, it fits nicely in my gym bag.
I use this with yoga, but I don't do yoga as much as other exercises. I also use this while at the gym with my other ground exercises and as a carry around towel. It has great absorption.
