We are a family with a lot of devices. We have smartphones, tablets and a kindle that all need charged the same way. What we end up with is outlets all over my house being occupied by a gadget being charged, or a charger waiting for the chance. At my computer desk, I have a tangle of cords to charge my phone, tablet and kindle. When I saw this product, I was intrigued instantly. I wanted one and I'm so glad I have one now.
I picked a spot in our bedroom on top of a shelf unit that holds CD's. I put my Atrico charger unit on top of it, and it's out of the way. Now I have everyone putting their devices there to charge. It is convenient, first that the cords are organized, and that they actually know where their devices are.
I do think it's great that there are separate Apple charging slots than otherwise, because they require a different amount of charge. We don't have any Apple devices yet, so I don't use those two slots.
The product itself is very lightweight but it comes with a sticky piece that you can put on the bottom to anchor it down. I have mine anchored down to the shelf.
Bottom line is this is a product that is easy to use. It keeps your devices charged all in the same place. You are only using up one outlet. I have zero complaints! Get one for your gadget-loving family.
