0 Dream Essentials Review and Giveaway Ends 01-25

I recently saw a post from someone asking the poll "If you were given the option of getting money or sleep, which would you choose?" As a parent, I have to say, I lean toward sleep as the answer. My situation isn't even as bad as most because my parents are growing up and have become pretty self-sufficient.  I can feel for all those parents that struggle to sleep because they are soothing waking little ones or fighting insomnia with stress.
Bottom line, sleep is precious and I take advantage whenever I can. In addition to blogging, I work a full time job with shift-work hours. That means every 8 weeks, your body is thrown into a different sleeping cycle. It's rough for your body to catch up and your sleep lacks during each transition.
Dream Essentials offers products that helps with getting that oh-so precious sleep. They offer everything from sleep masks, pillows, soothing music, sleep serum, ear plugs, clocks, lights and even more. It's a one-stop shop to get those products to help you sleep.

I got the opportunity to try out a mini-sample of the Alchemology "Get me to sleep" sleep serum, sleep mask and ear plugs. Just put a drop of sleep serum on your temples, back of neck, and below your ears. Pull down your sleep mask and put your ear plugs in. You are all set for a good night's (or in my case day's) rest.
The scent is very intoxicating. It's smells of a sweet perfume and is designed to sooth and calm your body to ease you into sleep. I received a small sample, but the product is sold in a 5 ml bottle and 1 fl oz pillow and space spray.
Ingredients: Contains Essential Oils of Lavendar, Rose & Roman Chamomile in a Jojoba base.
I've been using sleep masks for years and have to say that the sleep mask and ear plugs combined with the sleep serum really do make for a restful sleep. Especially when you have kids and a hubby that are making noises throughout the house while you are trying to sleep. Something I've recently learned is that when it gets dark, your body produces Melatonin. That's why the sleep mask blacks everything out, making your body produce Melatonin on it's own helping you get to sleep.
I urge you to check out their site and you may find a sleep aid or two that can help you. The comfortU body pillow looks amazing and I'd love to have it.
