My opinion: 3 fl oz bottles of Clear Scalp & Hair Therapy Shampoo and Conditioner. Another bonus right before my vacation. These worked out great. They smelled great, the shampoo lathers really well and conditioner keeps your hair soft. I really enjoyed using these. They say that you should alternate shampoos and conditioners every other month or so. I will have to add this into my rotation.
I can't speak for the effectiveness of keeping your scalp healthy, but there is a noticeable difference in my hair. It seems much more shiny and full.
