1 Smart For Life bars Review

How is that New Year's Resolution coming along? If you are like most, it was to lose a little weight. With the Smart for Life weight loss system, you can strive to achieve those goals.
"Did you know that 92 % of dieters who made the “New Year, New You” resolution already took the weekend off and risked their hard work from the past week? Researchers found that the majority of people only stick to their diets for less than five days a week! Our lives today have become so busy and hectic that sometimes an occasional unhealthy meal seems inevitable but if you're trying to lose weight this could stall your progress."

This year, I didn't make any official weight loss resolution because I never seem to stick to it. I've still got about 15 pounds to lose and have been so lazy. When given the opportunity to try out a couple of the Smart for Life bars, I jumped at the chance. It's nice to find those healthy alternatives for meals and snacks. We need all the help we can get to reach our goals.

"Smart for Life: 180 calories/ 18g protein
This Protein Blend provides you with a balanced amino acid blend from many sources to help you gain muscle and keep your hunger under control. Smart for Live only uses canola oil – oil packed with Omega-3 Fatty Acids which means it’s actually good for you and your heart. www.SmartforLife.com, Box of 12/ $15.00
Fun Fact: Smart for Life protein bars have more protein per calorie than other major brands"

I was sent an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie and a Banana Chocolate Chip Granola Square to try out. They are both very tasty. They aren't that large, about the size of my palm and are a chewy, yet solid bar. You can easily bite into them, without any crumbling. This is a huge plus for me, for those meals on the go. I have tried many healthy substitutes that fall apart while you are eating one in the car or on-the-go. Between the two, I have to say, I enjoyed the Oatmeal Raisin Cookie the best. Just a note, eat it when you open it, as it can tend more chewy if left to the air to get to it. LoL. I found out that after I ate all but a little piece and went back after a bit to finish. Definitely much better fresh out of the package. Luckily, they are packaged individually, so that you can keep them in your diaper bag, purse, car, wherever for convenient snacking or meals.

I was given just a sample bar of each, so I can only account for the taste, and not the health results or the results of the Smart for Life weight loss program. I was browsing the site to find out more about the program and it is very interesting. They actually have a center right here in Florida to visit and you can buy the products in bulk. They have even made it easy for you, where you can buy the bars, etc by the week. They also have recipes available and live assistance. Wanna get the kids involved, there is a kids program available also.
I urge you to check it out. It just may be the help you need to achieve your weight loss goal.

  1. Its great review about Smart for life. I'm thinking about buying a diet plan from them but short of money. Even I've got smart for life coupon but still its out of my budget. :-(
