Do you have a fussy little one that has trouble sleeping? When my little ones were infants, they loved to rub the tags on their blankees as they fell asleep. I've discovered a baby blanket with lots of ribbons along the edges to help your little one fall asleep.
As I mentioned, when my children were little, they always rubbed the tags as they fell asleep. It was a comfort thing. I was delighted when offered to review the SnuggRugg which has ribbons lining the edge of the small blanket. The ribbons are all sorts of different patterns and textures to keep your child's attention.
My children are much older than infants, so I gave the SnuggRugg to my friend's little one to try out. Little Landen (Love that name and he is so beyond cute!) is 6 months old and he was actually scared of the SnuggRugg when first given to him. His mommy says that he is adjusting to it but it's not his favorite thing yet. As you can see in the pics, he's warming up to it.
It's smaller, so that it is convenient to carry around with you, and not so much a baby blanket you'll want to cover the baby with for warmth. The material is a light breathable fabric and is machine washable. If only I would have had this when my daughter was a baby. I know she would have taken it everywhere. She wore down the tags to the point that you couldn't see the words anymore.
The Snugg brand isn't limited to just the SnuggRugg though. They also have a line of reusable coffee sleeves and bottle wraps in fantastic designs. I was sent a coffee sleeve that has leopard print with incredibly soft faux sheepskin. I absolutely love it and keep it in the console of my car for my Dunkaccino runs. It keeps my hand safe from hot coffee and is stylish. Did I mention how insanely soft it is? I would love to have a blanket for my bed made from that material.
